Online registration for the upcoming school year opens in January.
2026–2027 Registration Schedule
- January 12 — Current IPC Day School students, past students, and IPC church members
- January 19 — General public
Applications submitted before your eligible registration date will be held and processed once registration opens.
Please note: Many classes reach capacity quickly. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement.
Limited Spring Availability for 2025–2026
A small number of openings remain for the Spring 2026 semester. Availability is limited and varies by class.

Registration Fees & Refund Policy
The application process requires a non-refundable registration fee, separate from tuition, which is due at the time of registration. This fee does not apply toward tuition and covers all activity and supply costs for the school year; no additional fees will be requested.
Upon receiving notification of your child’s admission to IPC Day School, tuition payment arrangements must be finalized by May 1 to complete the admission process.
Registration fees are nonrefundable except in the following cases:
- If IPC Day School is unable to offer your child a spot for the upcoming school year.
- If your family relocates outside the Birmingham metropolitan area, making IPC Day School too far to reasonably commute.
Once a spot is offered—whether accepted or declined—the registration fee becomes nonrefundable.
Please note: All children must be current on required immunizations to attend IPC Day School. Neither religious nor medical exemptions will be accepted. Registration fees will not be refunded if enrollment cannot be completed due to failure to meet required immunization documentation or if a family chooses not to vaccinate their child.
Requests for enrollment will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis within the following priority categories:
- IPC Day School staff and clergy
- Current students, past students, and IPC church members
- Siblings of current students
- Siblings of former students
- New applicants from the general public
Please note that these priority preferences do not guarantee enrollment.
