  • The Assistant Director of Youth Ministries, in collaboration with the Director of Youth Ministries, fulfills the purpose and mission of IPC through student ministry. This role is responsible for the spiritual growth and engagement of students (grades 7–12) through acolyte programming and milestone events. The position plays a key role in providing vision, recruitment, and leadership development among adult volunteers as well as facilitating outreach and discipleship.

  • The Adult Ministries Coordinator at IPC assists in the execution of the church’s adult ministry programs as well as implements the marketing and communication strategy for the department. The position also contributes to the growth of IPC’s entire adult and family ministries and helps to ensure an overall well-coordinated ministry including Young Adult Ministries, Family Ministries, Youth and Children Ministries, intergenerational faith formation, and special events. The position collaborates with the Director of Communications to accurately and effectively promote Adult and Family ministry programs and events through social media, newsletters, printed materials, and other digital media.
