Barbara Noojin Walthall Bible Study Series
IPC welcomes Guest Preacher Rev. Shannon Johnson Kershner during the 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship services on Sunday, February 23. She will also lead an adult Sunday School class in the Great Hall at 10:00 a.m.
Rev. Kershner joined Central Presbyterian Church in Atlanta as Senior Pastor in July 2023. With over 20 years of experience in ministry within the PC(USA), she has served at various churches across the United States. Prior to her role at Central, Kershner was the Senior Pastor at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago. She has also served at Black Mountain Presbyterian Church in North Carolina and Woodhaven Presbyterian Church in Texas. Kershner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University in San Antonio and a Master of Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary.
