We are thrilled to announce that Marion Dukes has been named the next Director of the Children’s Fresh Air Farm, beginning August 1. A lifelong member of IPC, Marion grew up knowing and loving CFAF. She began as a youth volunteer, then served as a teaching assistant, and finally as a classroom teacher—spending nine summers helping children grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually.  

For Marion, this role is more than just a position—it’s a calling. She writes, “The director position is not a job I seek as a stepping stone for the next job, but rather it is a job that I seek to fulfill what I believe God has always been calling me to do.”

Deeply shaped by the ministry of the Farm herself, Marion brings a heartfelt commitment to its mission and a vision for its continued growth as a transformative ministry in our community. Even before her official start date, she is already at work this summer serving as a teacher with the Summer Learning Program.
