SPECIAL EVENTS DURING ADVENT
Discover all the ways you can gather with your church family to prepare for Christmas.

Get ready for the holiday season and attend the annual IPC Presbyterian Women’s Holiday Luncheon on Thursday, November 30
in the Great Hall at 11 a.m. We welcome decorator, textile designer, and photo stylist, Heather Chadduck Hillegas, as our 2023 guest speaker. Join us as she shares about her time as "Designer in Residence" when she reimagined the interior of the historic Nelson-Galt House, which is the oldest residential dwelling located in Colonial Williamsburg and dates back to 1695. She will share about holidays in Williamsburg and her decorative choices throughout the historic home.

Join us for this IPC Advent Tradition on December 2 in Highland Hall. Drop by from 9 am to 12 pm for snacks, fellowship, Advent crafts, and more to enjoy for all ages. Christmas pj's encouraged and volunteers are needed!
Bring your own greenery! Advent wreaths will be distributed this year at the Advent Workshop. If you are not able to attend and would like a wreath, please contact Maegan McRoberts.

Join us during the Adult Sunday School hour for Dr. Jeff Leonard's special Advent program on The Magnificat: Mary's Song of Reversals.

All children grades K5-6th are invited to sing in the Children’s Nativity Choir on December 24th at our Family Nativity Service. Rehearsals will be during the 11 am service during Advent (Dec. 3, 10 & 17). Children will follow the Miss Beth and the acolyte out before the sermon. Pick-up will be in G20 at the end of the service.
*You MUST attend rehearsal during December to sing on Christmas Eve.

Help spread Christmas cheer for Children's Fresh Air Farm Summer Learning students by selecting an Angel Tree student or family! Students are grouped with siblings in the same household who also attend Hayes, so you are able to select an individual child or all children in a household. All Gifts Due: Wednesday, December 6. Please bring unwrapped gifts to Becky Wright's Office at IPC, #212 labeled with the child's name and code (e.g., Child 1a: NAME)

Please join us for the season of Advent! During Advent, join us for a noonday Chapel Service each Wednesday (December 6, 13, and 20) followed by a light lunch in the Great Hall. The menu will be Soup and Sandwich provided by Kim's kitchen. Weekly reservation deadline is Tuesday at 12pm.

Honor and remember loved ones by making an Advent flower donation in their names. Your contribution provides for fresh flowers and greenery throughout the church during the Advent and Christmas Holiday season. The names of all those remembered and honored are included in our special Christmas Eve worship bulletin. The deadline to contribute is Monday, December 7.
